Hot-n-Wild Salad

This recipe is from Treehouse Berry Farm.
Ingredients:

1 large cucumber, sliced and quartered
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 large Spanish onion, diced
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 cup hot vinegar such as Treehouse Berry Farm Hot-n-Wild Vinegar

Directions:
Toss all ingredients together. Allow to chill before serving.
Makes 4 servings.
