808 Main Street
Neodesha, Kansas
(620) 325-5700

On the sidewalk, a wooden man and cow holding a sign that reads “Open” summons passersby to peek inside the window of Lou’s Smokehouse. The inside smells of fresh smoked meats and barbeque, while reminiscent of a small-town restaurant. On the wall are photos of “Local Celebrities” who once sang on the small stage in Lou’s, as well as music paraphernalia. Not only does the restaurant have meals such as smoked meat sandwiches, barbeque ribs, or chicken, but the restaurant also caters. If you’re lucky, you may even catch in on the lunch buffet which features barbeque ribs, smoked pork, barbeque beef, and sides all for $5.95.
