About Us

The Kansas Food Journal is devoted to foods and the people who produce, prepare and consume them in the state. Students, pictured above, in K-State's Food Writing class planned, wrote and edited the web magazine. Our goal is to reflect the Kansas culinary landscape. But we sneaked a few non-Sunflower state stories into the webzine from students around the country who take the distance Food Writing class.
